Can you formally assist with purchasing or selling of properties within

How do you handle property management for short-term rentals?

Our property management services cover all aspects of managing your short-term rental. This includes guest communication, booking management, cleaning and maintenance coordination, and 24/7 emergency support. We ensure your property is well-maintained and guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience, leading to better reviews and repeat bookings.

What is the difference between Co-Hosting and Property Management
Services?

While there are various definitions for both co-hosting and management, our co-hosts primarily focus on three categories: Product market strategy, marketing communications & optimization of the guest experience. Additionally, while co-hosts may assist with coordinating contractual agreements, they will not act as the formal Lessor contractually.
